He believes in creating an environment in the gym that is fun, positive but not to serious so people can have a laugh and feel comfortable but most importantly like they belong.

    Troy has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. In this time he has become a fully booked out Trainer and Competition Coach and now Gym Owner. He has competed in ICN bodybuilding shows placing top 4 in both shows and completing his PT course with the Master Trainer title. His vision for The Playground Gym is to see an environment that is fun, a home for everyone, and with trainers that are the best in their field helping people daily achieve their goals.

    My name is Megan Tresize I am the owner of MTR Therapy and have been in the industry for just over two years! My interest for sport and rehabilitation began when I was a gymnast. I was always injury prone and in and out of physiotherapists, chiropractors and many other therapies. This is where my love for aiding people in recovery, achieving their full potential in their desired sport or just every day life activities began. I aim to create an environment for my clients to feel comfortable and confident in me and to know they’re being looked after, in a safe and efficient way.

    Jono has been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 5 years. Competing in ICN bodybuilding shows as well as learning & understanding the fundamentals of health & training. Whilst being passionate about his training, he is also a massive foodie. Also being very passionate about flexible dieting & teaching others that they do not have to limit their food choices to get the results they desire. Jono believes in teaching others the benefits of a healthy & sustainable lifestyle. So no matter your goals whether it involves fitness or general health & wellbeing, Jono is friendly and welcoming to any questions you may have.

    Melissa has been involved in the fitness industry for around 5 years, starting as a member of a gym to then moving into a reception role and running classes to then becoming Manager. Throughout this time she has run a half marathon, competed in 2 bodybuilding competitions, plus various other running and fitness events. She found her passion for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, while juggling the joys of parenthood. She thrives on customer interaction and caring for the well-being of others. She is excited to be a part of the Playground team and encourages everyone to come and say Hi at the reception desk

    Jack has been involved in the fitness industry for 5 years, and is a qualified personal trainer who has a range of experience in the gym from sporting preseasons through to bodybuilding competition prep. Jack is passionate about all things health and fitness and eager to continue developing his knowledge within training and nutrition, working closely with other experienced personal trainers and constantly researching/learning new methods.

    Sally Warren

    Sally studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017 to become a Certified Health Coach and in 2019 completed a 200hr Certification in Yoga after feeling the transformational experience of yoga when stepping onto the mat in 2013. Now, Sally is studying to complete CERTIV Fitness to qualify as a Personal Trainer and will combine the education she has attained through health coaching, yoga and her personal passion for athletic development to provide a service to individuals not only looking to improve fitness but evolve through an integrated approach to health through mindset, habits and encouraging a health transformation from the inside out. Sally is a lifelong runner and is goals driven.     Rob Baker

    Rob has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, working in several gyms during that time, finally landing at his home at The Playground. He has a Bachelor in Physical Education, as well as being a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach and Nutritional Advisor. Rob firmly believes in movement and working the body the way it is intended too. He is also a budding Australian Idol star and can and will sing during your sessions.

    Hollie started her career in the industry after having a keen interest in all things health and fitness. After being diagnosed with hashimotos thyroid disease (autoimmune illness) many years ago, she resorted to exercise, mindfulness and a healthier lifestyle to help alleviate and stabilise her condition after a lot of trial and error. Hollie believes in keeping a simple and holistic approach to help you reach your fitness goals as well as providing a safe judgement free space for her clients. Anyone who knows Hollie will know that she loves to joke around, is always smiling and takes her clients health seriously.

    Tegan started her career in personal training a year and a half ago after being so passionate about health and fitness her whole life. She has always had a passion to help people feel comfortable in their own skin and be the best version of themselves, as she works on this every day for herself. She loves to make the gym environment fun and comfortable for every person who walks through the door. Tegan believes that she can make a possible impact on peoples day to days lives.
