He has competed in ICN bodybuilding shows placing top 4 in both shows and completing his PT course with the Master Trainer title. His vision for The Playground Gym is to see an environment that is fun, a home for everyone, and with trainers that are the best in their field helping people daily achieve their goals.

    My name is Megan Tresize I am the owner of MTR Therapy and have been in the industry for just over two years! My interest for sport and rehabilitation began when I was a gymnast. I was always injury prone and in and out of physiotherapists, chiropractors and many other therapies. This is where my love for aiding people in recovery, achieving their full potential in their desired sport or just every day life activities began. I aim to create an environment for my clients to feel comfortable and confident in me and to know they’re being looked after, in a safe and efficient way.
